TPC #82 Not a Card

Hello everyone, I hope you're all well.

I'm feeling a tad emotional today and would really appreciate some happy healing thoughts for my little dog Dylan - he's back in hospital!!!!

As many of you know he's had lots of problems this year, including two major operations resulting in the loss of both eyes.  I came home from work earlier in the week to find him basically in a state of collapse!!!  He couldn't walk or weight bear and kept falling to one side, unable to get back up!!!!

I spoke to the vet yesterday and he's comfortable with some improvement but his exact words were, "he's not out of the woods yet".  They're wanting to do an MRI on him to try and find out whats wrong!!  I haven't been able to get through to them so far today!!  I've had a rather emotional conversation with Pete as neither of us want him to have to put him through even more surgery and are also waiting to hear from the insurance company to ensure they'll cover this episode!!

We did get the pupster Harley due to the age and failing health of both Murphy and Dylan but this certainly isn't getting any easier!!

On a happier note we have a fabulous new challenge for you this week over at Totally Papercrafts.

Sneak Peak DAY ONE

Hello and welcome to my little crafty corner.  It's blowing a gale here in East Yorkshire and soo cold!  That is nothing however compared to the treacherous conditions my blogging buddies are facing in the US at the moment.  I hope everyone is safe and well and wish you a gentle thaw - don't want flooding next!!

We are having such a busy week at Whimsy this week, with sneak peaks every day on the Inspirations Blog until our release date of 9th February.  In total there are 16 stamp sets and two die sets being showcased - wow!!!

Today we are sneak peeking images from Crissy's upcoming collection of stamps!  She will be releasing five new images and they are all fantastic!  I've chosen this little beauty "Smell the Flowers"

For a full list of all of today's sneak peekers, please visit the Whimsy Stamps Inspiration Blog

I apologise for the whiteness of the background, I REALLY need to invest in some decent chalks, the few I have just don't work at all with these colours.

I bypassed my copics for this and opted for old favourite watercolour pencils and sansadoor.  I don't often use flowers on my cards, mainly cos I think I'm rubbish at using them!!  Here though I wanted an explosion of flora and so thats what you have - compared to my usual anyway rofl.

I also used my fabby Whimsy ticket die cut and co-ordinating Friendship stamps by Ann Vento and available exclusively from Whimsy Stamps.

I'd like to enter the following challenges........

Totally Gorjuss - As You Like It (love Chrissy's image)
Stamptacular Sunday - Whateva

Make sure to visit the Inspirations Blog tomorrow for Sneak Peek Day 2: Meljen's Designs! I'll be back on Day 3, with another sneak peak.

Thanks for stopping by.
