Four in One Christmas Challenge

Hi everyone.  Hope you're all well.  Have you got your Christmas decorations up?  We put ours up today - guess I'd better start me Christmas shopping soon - oops!  I'm getting into the spirit of things by making some cards for significant family members and my first one is to my dad from the children!!  They chose the image - isn't it fab!!  I've also used one of my favourite ribbons.  I think grandad's gonna LOVE it!!  This will be entered into the following challenges:

Dare You To Digi Stamp - Red, Green and Neutral

Stamp Something - Glitzy Somethings

Stampin' for the Weekend - Xcard in Red, Green and Gold

RECIPE

Cardstock - Sizzix
Paper - DCWV
Ribbon - stash
Date Stamp - Basic Grey
Colouring Medium - watercolour pencils, copics
and for the gold edges - a Lackstift marker

The children are really pleased with the end result, as am I!  Hope you like it too.  Thanks for stopping by my little haven here in cyberspace.  Enjoy the rest of your weekend and take care!

Four in One Challenge

Hello everybody.  Well the weather's certainly beginning to turn wintery.  We had hailstone earlier today, and very cold it was too.  I've made my second tree ornament this week.  This was requested by my work colleague Diane, for her grand daughter's first Christmas.  I'm also entering it into four challenges.

C.R.A.F.T. Challenge - Christmas Gifts

Crafty Catz - Angels and Fairies

I've used one of my favourite Charmed download, resized it to fit the card bubble and used photoshop on the lappy to include text as per Diane's instruction!!

The card is mounted onto a cork coaster mat which also needed trimming to fit the bubble.  The reverse is the same image. The edges of the mats create the side of the ornament and were covered with white ribbon. The card bubble, ribbon and lace is from Hobbycraft.  The image is coloured with watercolour pencils and glitter applied to her wings, flower centres and hairpiece.

I think she's beautiful, I hope Diane feels the same way!!

Thankyou for stopping by.  Please feel free to leave a comment as I love to read them.  Take care and happy crafting everyone!!
