Mo's DT Call and some news on Dylan

Hiya Everyone, I've finally gotten around to making a card for Mo's Digital Pencil, have you seen, Mo's Dream Team are having a DT Call!!! I couldn't not enter as I love Mo's images (who doesn't lol), the hardest part was picking my favourite image.

I nearly didn't enter the card as I had a bit of trouble keeping focused.  I couldn't find my larger white card to print the image onto and I couldn't get my head into gear to find it cos I'm so worried about Dylan, our 12yr old Lhasa Apso dog.  As some of you know he had an emergency operation on his eye a few days to stitch his third eyelid over to encourage healing from a seriously deep ulcer on the cornea.

Tonight he was doing his damnest to get at it despite the lampshade on his head, put up a seriously good fight with me whilst I was trying to put in his eyedrops and I lost my grip on him - resulting in him smacking that side of his face on me!!  The eyelid has now turned bright right which is a sign that the eye could have collapsed behind the lid.  Pete's rung the emergency vet and has rushed him down there so I'm sat still waiting for news.  I feel awful that he managed to wriggle out of my grip!

Anyway, I managed to get the card done though I would have preferred to have been able to print off a larger image as I had to use 8x8 card as I'm also out of anything smaller.  Will have to drop a list for Santa lol.

 

I've used this fantastic wizardy image called "Trying to Read".  I love this and there's so many fellas I know that would LOVE to receive this.
